Prescription Limitations Policy
Clynix BioMed Testing, Telemedicine & Rapid Care is committed to providing safe, ethical and evidence-based medical care in accordance with federal and state regulations.
No Controlled Substances
Clynix does not prescribe controlled substances through telemedicine or in-person services. This includes, but not limited to:

Opiod pain medications

Benzodiazepines
-
Stimulants (including ADHD medications)

Any medication classified as Schedule II-V under federal or state law
Requests for controlled substances will not be fulfilled under any circumstances.
Clinical Judgement
All prescriptions issued by Clynix providers are based on medical necessity, clinical evaluation and provider discretion. Providers reserve the right to decline prescribing any medication deemed inappropriate, unsafe or outside the scope of services offered.
Referrals
When appropriate, patients may be referred to their primary care provider, a specialist or another licensed healthcare provider
for further evaluation or management.
